WYETH COVE IN UPLAND CAPTURES TWO MERIT AWARDS AT GOLD NUGGETS


Wyeth Cove, Trumark Homes’ intimate enclave of 37 single-family homes in the highly desirable city of Upland , won two Merit Awards at the West Coast’s and Pacific Rim’s premier architectural and design competition, the Gold Nugget Awards, which were presented at the 2010 Pacific Coast Builders Conference in San Francisco .

 

Wyeth Cove was honored with a Merit Award for Best Community Site Plan (Up to 20 acres), and its Residence 1 received the Merit Award for Best Single-Family Detached Home on a Compact Lot (Under 3,200 sq. ft.).

 

The centerpiece of the award-winning site plan is a beautiful and private central park, which is no more than 178 feet from each of the community’s distinctive residences.

 

The two-story Residence 1 is highlighted by a gourmet island kitchen, open family room and dining room, luxurious master suite with his-and-hers walk-in closets and two-car garage with offset access. It is offered in a variety of architectural styles, including Cottage, French Cottage and Traditional.
